New to burnning chips

New to burnning chips

So what do i need to start burnning my own chips? How much will it cost to get started?
What parameters can you set up with a custom chip? spark/fuel? injector pulse? And how do you know how to set the parameters up interms of installing larger intake and cam then how much timming and fuel to program to the new chip....etc.. Any info would be greatly appriciated!
