Can I copy a backup of a chip?

Sorry about the title I should have thought while I was typing Anyway......

I payed $575.00 for the level 5 TPIS prom chip and I'm always taking it in and out for different stereo stuff. Is it possible to burn a backup just in case anything happens to it? If anybody would like to do it for me that would be great.

Why not get Craigs ECM scanner program and build the cable. That way you can dump it to disk using the program, and if you should ever need to burn it you can do so later.

I think this thread will be closed soon, but here's where you can find the software you need. And you also need an eprom burner if you want to burn it....
