ok, so i built a twin transistor interface cable for my 95lt1. The car is like most 95's in that it has an obd1 computer and a obd2 interface port. what im tring to figure out is why it doesnt work. I wired it exactly to the twin transistor diagram, i have tested it over and over, test the cars obd port over and over, and my laptop still wont recognise it. i am useing the tts data master software. the only thing i can figure is that the com port isnt seeing my car. so im confused. im at a loss, anyone have sugestions?
