You didn't give much to go on as to what ECM you are using or which burner. However, if it is a '165 then the BIN needs to be quad stacked to fit in the '512 chip. If a '7730 ECM then the BIN needs to be double stacked.
Instead of stacking you can also offset burn the BIN into the chip. This is where the BIN is placed at the top of the chip.
Also, when you read the chip originally there are several ways of doing that.

I have 7730 91 camaro prom code aujp.I think i read chip wrong from the get go. its a burn 1 from moates
Everything in my tunerpro software for my chip lookes fine. you say to stack them how do i do that.
And also when i load the bin chip address look good
chip start to end
008000
00FFFF
buffer start
000000
007FFF

Re: please help not burning chip right
Your burn1 chip/buffer values look good. With that you don't need to do any stacking. Although it can be done within Tuner Pro or with a copy command at the command line prompt.
Best bet at this time is to grab a fresh unmolested BIN (AUJP) and burn that. Then look for the SES blink at key-on.
At key-on, engine-off the SES should light up, bink off, then light up solid. If it doesn't blink off then don't bother turning the key any further. Without the blink the ECM is in limp mode.
If the SES flashes rapidly then the checksum is incorrect. And again, the ECM is in limp mode.
Make sure that you are placing the chip into the socket in the correct direction: notch toward the outside of the MEMCAL.
Once you get a stock BIN to work, then move on to the modified BIN or wherever you are starting out. And again, look for the SES blink every time you turn the key.

Re: please help not burning chip right
i think i got it im going out to car here shortly but what i forgot to change com port speed to 7200 and latency to 1 instead of 16
i burned chip earlier before i changed these setting and saved then i changed them and loaded it into tunerpro and it was all messed up so i think this could be it
ant more suggestions would be great

That isn't a good sign. Do you have a stock MEMCAL that you can try? Even for a SES blink test?
It can be the easiest to start from a known good working setup. Then check each piece as it is added.

Re: please help not burning chip right
Do a check on the chip prior to installing it after you burn the program.
First do an erase on the chip and verify it is blank.
Confirm the offset matches for the 32k bin file you have on the 512 chip (on Moates site if you don't have it)
Load the file into the buffer.
Write the file to the chip (Burn)
Do the verification that the chip matches the buffer. (It must)
Then just to be sure, open the "edit buffer" and see if there are a bunch of codes in there (not just all 00 or FF)
If it verifies you are good to go to the next step and install it.
Also don't forget to disable VATS if you don't have that in your car.

I thought that is what its suppose to do
i tryed putting stock prom back in with no adator just stock prom ran like crap and withtires off ground no speedoter so maybe stock prom is bad now after burning a few wrong chips
since i had the tires off the ground i burned stock chip to go with adapter and i had speedoter and ses light lite then blinked slow then shut off started ran desent
I have put new ecm in just to make sure

Re: please help not burning chip right
SES light, at key-on, engine-off:
The light should: turn on briefly, blink off, then turn on solid.
It should remain solid on until the key is turned off or the engine is started. While at key-on, engine-off you can tap on the MEMCAL & adaptors and such to see if the light starts blinking or something. Of course the SES light should remain on solid through taps & wiggles of the PROM/MEMCAL/adapter.
To repeat the test turn off the key and wait ten seconds. Then key-on, engine-off to test again.
