Tuner Pro Rt log help
Hi ,
I have been using TP/RT fo some time and i must say its a great set up, but i just purchased a "cable" so i could make use of the logging feautures of TPRT. I can "see live data BUT i cant get it to record
also when i go to set up and check to see if TPrt can see my cable it says cable not present or not working, what the heck am i doing wrong.
i need a bit of help to get me going, thanks GTA

I tried this morning and i cant get it to connect funny tho i tried a different comm port #3 it passed the cable test once and now it will not. No live data , this is very frustrating ...any more ideas thanks GTA

If its a USB cable it will default to Comm 5 on my machine.
Try each comm port and once you see a reaction from it, change the port setting "latency" per the driver instructions. IIRC it was to be set to 1.

well i have good news, the cable and TPRT are chatting and getting along very well, I can see and record data no problem
tho i still need some help with all of TPRT's features. I do however have a question i can export the log session ( converted to a csv file but i cant open it ) i do not have excel but a different version ( quatro pro ) and my operating system is vista, any help is appreciated, thank you GTA.
