MOTRONIC ML 3.1
Hi,
i need some inside information about the motronic ml3.1 EMS.
I've found a lot of maps in my 16k eprom: AFR corrections at PT, WOT, idle and acceleration, maximum and minimum value of load, rev limiter.
All these maps have been foun by comparing with other eprom files resources like emule, forums, ecc.
But i still have a lot of doubts about the algorithm that is behind the numbers (costants) in the lookup tables.
Example:
the motronic ML 3.1 (this is what someone else told me) calculates the LOAD in ms in this way:
TL=Q/n x K where: Q is the number transleted from the AFM door, n is the rpm and K the injector constant.
This TL is then multiplied by the AFR value that is found in the 256 values AFR table to get the real injector duration.
What i need to know is if the AFM transfer function that is located inside the eprom is responsible for the number Q, or what other table is responsible of the equation above.
Thanks in advance

Try to visit http://motronic.ws/ . May be you'll find answers there.
I think that algorithms are hidden in the i8051 CPU program memory and we can't see them directly. If you need a schema of ML3.1, ask me.
