No start. running out of ideas. Need help.

Car: 1990 GTA
Engine: 350 LT1
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.70
No start. running out of ideas. Need help.
Car has lt1 intake. Custom grind cam similar to the cc305. Ls1 injectors.
Having zero luck getting it to start. It chugs like it wants to start but just wont catch. When I pull the plugs after trying to start it they are pretty wet.
I have set the inj flow rate to 28 and 26lbs, didn't seem to make a difference.
Messed around with the crank pulse mult vs ref pulse.
Also imported the VE tables from a Lt1 bin.
Anyways i'm going to attatch the bin if anyone wants to look at it and give me an idea of what I should be looking at.
