Can I replace a 27512 with a 27C512?

According to some searches I've done: "The only difference between a 27512 and a 27C512 is that the 27512 uses NMOS while the 27C512 uses CMOS technology."

I'm trying to burn a test EPROM for a board that I have that I am troubleshooting. I have easy access to the 27C512 and I was wondering if it would work or if I need to order a 27512.

Thanks,
Greg
