Moates.net chip?
Just bought a camaro and was looking around in the car open the computer and seen that there is a moates.net memory adapter and chip in it. What does it do and why is it in there (new to the prom thing) any info would be helpful

Re: Moates.net chip?
The only way to know would be to read the eprom and hopefully the scan id has been left the same and do a reverse bcc search to identify the original bcc and do a program .bin compare. I would guess its to remove vats maybe egr or changes made for a cam swap or change of definition.
