Recommend stock bin to start with

I have done few mods with my L03 and found out that I now really need custom PROM to get the car running. So mods are:

14x3 open air filter, stock throttle body and injectors with slightly raised FP, Edelbrock Torker II intake, LT1 cam, Comp Cams 1.6 ratio rockers and stronger valve springs, ported swirlports, Flowtech shorties, dual 2.5" cats to single 2.5" pipe (soon replacing with 3").

I had to advance ignition about 10-12 degrees to get the car idling smooth. But driving, it sucks big time - hesitates, ocassionally dies under load, and has no power. I knew that after all of that done, it's too much for stock PROM.

I have read many topics and have clue about what I have to do and what to modify in bin. But I am not sure, if my stock PROM is very good one to start with. Maybe you guys could recommend some other stock bin that works better for start ?

My car was originally base model 1991 L03 with automatic transmission and made for european market. My ECM is 8746, I can't remember the PROM code at the moment, but I could check it out on evening.

Those Comp Cam springs that were recommended in LT1 swap topic. As I used B-Body cam that has shorter lift, it was fine for the springs.

I would start with the BIN that is currently in the ECM. Having the BCC would help to verify whether it is a FED or CALI calibration. As long as it is FED calibration it is a good starting point.

Well haven't got time to get working on BIN lately, but I think I could start today or tomorrow.

I had ANTT BIN in stock, so as I understand, it should be fine for start point?
