i want to state a maybe....

reason being that a restricted filter should show up as a change in MAP, which will automatically change fueling.

try a quick drive back to back with the filter on and off?

Maybe a diff blend of gasoline? In WI we change blends twice in the year.

Fuel pressure the same?

Flaky coolant/MAT/IAT will throw things off very quickly.
Confirm they are all reading "normal" values too.

In Calif we change blends also.
The amount af change is about 10 counts.
Fuel pressure has not changed.
