AE Factor vs. Change LV8

I'm just looking for a final answer in making adjustments in the "AE Factor vs Change LV8" table with 6E.

My issue is i'm rich (12s AFR) on light tip in, say 20% throttle. I feel the car bog a little as well. On first WOT in AE i'm lean (16s AFR). I'm looking to adjust both areas of AE in the "AE Factor vs Change LV8" table. So here is my question for this table. Does adding to the values in these tables add or subtract fuel????? When I do a search I've found that some people say I have to add to the value to add fuel, subtract to lean(AE). In other posting on the same subject I found that some people say if I reduce the value it will richen up AE and add to the value to lean AE.
So whats the final answer??

My table started off like this.
0 12.50
64 12.50
128 15.63
192 20.31
256 20.31

When I changed the table to this(below) I seemed to get richer in AE under light accel and leaner at WOT.

0 3.13
64 3.91
128 5.08
192 19.92
256 30.08

Re: AE Factor vs. Change LV8

From what I can tell the larger the value the more AE. Check the ECU/XDF entry, maybe it is inverted. I looked at the $6E extended and it seems to be OK. Just a straight multiply by 0.390625

Re: AE Factor vs. Change LV8

........... What I've been lead to believe is that you adjust AE vs Lv8 for slight changes in load ... i.e. slight inclines / overpasses ....... and AE asynchronous for tip-in / pump shot ......... both add fuel when you add value ... AE vs Lv8 tends to be overly sensitive so take small steps .........
