TunerProRT (old Version) question

Guys, I'm trying to take a "Session" recording and make a readable excel file. I hit the "export Selected Session To CSV" button and then I name the file and put it into the "DataStreams" folder. The problem is: how do I pull that file out of the "DataStreams" folder to read in excell and also be able to email it. If I open the DataStreams folder and click on the file, it says "the file name already exists. Do you want to replace it? What am I doing wrong?

Re: TunerProRT (old Version) question

I believe when you export it to a CSV (comma separated value file) you can then go to windows explorer and open it as an excel file.

What version are you using?

How do I find and bring up the file through Explorer? I need to be able to save it so I can email it.

Re: TunerProRT (old Version) question

Once you convert it to a csv file, it is saved....just in a different format.

Try This: Open Excel and go to the folder where you exported the file. Excel’s default option is to only look for “Excel Files”. Change that setting to “All Files”. You should now be able to see the file, double click on it, and then save it as an Excel file.

That works on my version....not sure how old your is. You might want to update.....it's free.

It Says "path does not exist" or "file not found".
