Inj constant vs CI

EBL P4 question but applies to others also. Tuning for bigger injectors and VE tables were going over 100%. (Background-60lb FICs at 43.5 PSI going up to 95% duty cycle on 14lbs boost-now trying to up pressure to 58 PSI with correct latency tables from FIC for 58 PSI before spending the $$$ for new FIC 80 lb. at 43.5 PSI injectors) So would you rather pull everything down by decreasing the injector constant by a few lbs from what they are rated at or change the CI? Also trying to wrap my brain around a second issue-when using a vacuum referenced FPR at idle and up to WOT the fuel pressure is lower than what the injector tables are for. So how does that get compensated for? Or does the difference in flow between say 58 psi and 45 psi with vacuum on not make a significant enough difference in latency tables fuel injector constant etc?
