Dash lighting (tach)

A bulb has burned out behind my tachometer. Knowing GM, I'm sure it's a bitch to replace. Anyone ever attempted this?

By the way, it's a 1991 RS.

You will need to pull the drivers side under dash cover (by your feet), the cover below the cluster (by your knees), and the cluster trim ring, before removing the cluster to replace the light bulb at the rear of the cluster. In order to remove the cluster trim ring you will have to remove the head light switch **** / shaft assembly. Pull the switch all the way out & than press the small button on the bottom of the light switch (kind of hard to reach) & the shaft will come out with the lights still on. Pull the trim ring & put the shaft back in to turn the lights off.
