Vss?

on my t5 there is a sensor which i believe is the VSS... its a dual plug semi large..ill take a pic when i can. The plug is munched and i cant plug the wiring into it... i have no speedo now either...the question was when ordering my speedo i need to know an O.E. number for the original one..how do i found that out?

In what way is the plug munched? Is there still any terminals left at all? You could use spade connectors possibly.

In any case, the GM part number for VSS' vary. If you go to any GM dealer thay can look it up on their microfiche screen and get one for you.
