hve replaced the relay and both bulbs. the switch is good and i have been under my dash for almost 2 hours now and still cant figure it out. anyone got a clue? or maybe some advice.

ok i just wired the 2 brown wires off of the relay connection and botyh work now. i plug the relay in and i here it click when i pull the lights on i turn the fogs on and nothing happens. whats the deal
