My fog lights will not shut off. The parking lights are off and so is the switch for the fog lights, but the fog lights remain on. The parking lights are off. WTF is going on here. I also disconnected the fog light switch thinking that it burnt out keeping them on but the lights are still on. Please help me quickly, the battery is slowly dying!!

Try removing the fog lamp relay. It's located on the driver side engine compartment. It's attached to the fender close to the window. If this doesn't work just remove the bulbs!

I figured it out, it was a relay that is mounted in front of the washer bottle that shorted out.
