Proform shift light
I am thinking of purchasing proform adujustable shift light, and was wondering about the wiring of it. I know it is going to require me to hook it up to the tach wire on my distributor. I want to retain my stock tach and this light at the same time; so can I run my stock tach wire and the shift light wire together into my distributor? Will both still run correctly? It is possible to have this hooked up and my stock tach hooked up at the same time isnt it?

Both should work OK when connected to the tach line. You can tie into the white wire going to the tach in the cluster to control the shift light. Attached is a cluster pinout list.
