Fuse keeps blowing...why?

Fuse keeps blowing...why?
My fuse that operates my tailights and some interior lights keeps blowing, it somtimes lasts days, somtimes seconds, is there anyway it could be associated with my one foglight that the wire isnt connected right? whats the deal? thanks!
