Guess I misread your original post.

There is only one fuse block, and I think you've found it. It is under the dash to the left and above the clutch (brake) pedal mounted directly below the instrument panel, above the hood release lever.

The only other fuse you'll find (at least from the factory) is the fuel pump fuse located next to the battery, but then that's not a fuse block, just the closest thing to one...

I was looking in my chiltons and it gives another diagram of another fuse block with the horn relay, hazard flasher and other ones called HDLP HEadlamp?? maybe

THey call it the COnveniece center.

I'm not sure what you're interperting as a "fuse block", but there is only one.

Anyway, I don't know what "HDLP HEadlamp" is, but the accessory fuse (labled "ACC") is a 20 ampere fuse located in the one and only fuse box located as posted above, and it indeed controls the horn.

Now the "convience center", located above the area near the accelerator pedal, does contain a relay that turns on the horn (among other things - key in/headlight alarm, flasher, etc.), but the fuse that provides power to this relay (and thus the horn) is the accessory fuse located in the fuse box. This is the same fuse that also powers the door locks, dome light, map lights, mirrors, cigarette lighter, and so forth. This convenience center has nothing to do with the door locks or dome/map lights.

Since the accessory fuse is common to all of the items that are not working, it's probably the fuse, not the convenience center (unless the convenience center is causing the fuse to blow...).

When you removed this fuse, was it blown?

hey boss make sure your cigarette lighter isnt blowing that fuse. or you will have to take it out or change the holder.
it did that in my car and i hated it. i took the lighter out and now i am working on putting a fuel pressure gauge there or something.
