I have a 92 RS and lately my passenger side window wont roll all the way down or up. When I roll my window down it goes 3/4 way down and then stops. When it rolls up it goes 3/4 way up and stops. If I give it a minute and push the button up or down it will move just a little bit. I have to repeat that a few times to get it all the way up or down. I already bought a new switch. Now im wondering if it is my wiring or my window motor? Let me know.

 

It is your motor. Basically you are tripping your circuit breaker when you use your window. The window motor is drawing to much current and tripping the breaker.
