dead battery again

ok, i just replaced my battery, alternator and my car just drained my battery when i drove it like the alternater was not charging. so i got another alternator(warranty) and changed the fuse link. Still draining. I was wondering what else it could be. Nothing else is draining power from the battery. i was thinking that since the wire that attaches to the fuse link from the alternater is to big for the fuse link? I did manage to get a good connection but it doesnt look like a little wire should work with that huge wire. Any answers are appreciated. thanks

yeah ive been through this like 5 times now. What fuse link are you guys using? Can the smaller fuse link be at fault? Its the kind thats just a 6 inch wire that goes between the alternater and front of the car.

ok problem fixed. i got my battery charged and got my new alternator. before i installed it i changed the wire between the alternater and the power block on the front next to the battery. Are you guys using a fuse link between this? If so get rid of it and make sure you run thick wire. The wire is way to thick to be connected to a 16 gauge fuse link. It will just burn up. If nothing else is charging your battery then your car will be perfect
