Does anyone know of a laptop based program...

that will modify a TPI computer without removal of the computer? I found what I was looking for, however, it's for the 94&95 Mustang GT & Cobra. It's called SpeedBrain.
The computer does not necessarily have to be laptop based, as long as it allows me to set the level of performance that I want. Anyone know what I'm wanting or know where such a program is?

I don't think it would be possible with a stock ECM.

Well, I meant a once and for all removal of the ECM. The SpeedBrain computer replaces the entire computer for the 5.0s. It's a direct plug-in and it has all necessary connector ports, plus a connector for the laptop.

I know it's not possible with the stock ECM, I just didn't want to have to deal with putting a "race" chip in whenever I want to race and then have to put the stock chip back in whenever I am not racing. I wanted to be able to modify the values as I please, not how someone else thinks that it should be modified.
