I Am *** Of All Electronics!! J/k Check Inside

im so proud of my electrically ignorant self. i just successfully installed my first ever 5" tach with shift light. i mounted it under the a/c vents and ran the wires under the steering column by the ecm and then under the door hinge and behind the fender to the engine bay. sounds tacky, but you cant see any wires. i didnt want to drill a hole in the firewall so i made do of what i had. none of the wires pinch or bind and they are all hidden. its really nothing to brag about but it was my first time at wiring something up. and before you say something about a tach like that being *****, i found out my stock tach is off by 1250 rpms at idle and it pins at 7k when the autometer tach is at 3.5k. well its still fun to act like im reving to 7k and above. anyways, to anyone that felt kind of intimidated by this install, DONT BE. im a electrical idiot and i did it in about 1 hr.

GREEN is the wire you hook up to the negitive side of the coil normally a white wire

RED is the wire you hook up to power when the key is on

BLACK is the wire you hook up to ground

WHITE is the wire you hook up to your dimmer switch or tap into a dash light bulb somewhere
