Cooling fan specs

Can someone please post the technical specs of the heavy duty dual cooling fans on my IROC. I need to know stuff such as how much resistance I should measure across the terminals on a good fan motor as opposed to one that's on its way out and what RPMs it should spin. My car's been running unacceptably hot even though the cooling system is in good shape (properly functioning t-stat, fan switches, radiator, etc). I suspect my fans are dying but I have no way of knowing unless I either swap in new ones or check the resistance on the ones I already have. Anybody out there with any technical data on these things?
