1.FUEL PUMP IN MY 1991 TPI 5.7 CID CAMARO Z28 RUN WITH THE KEY ON OR OFF. WHAT DO YOU THINK CAUSED THIS AND HOW WOULD I REPAIR THIS? 2. no power is getting to the tps senor. could there be a short in the wiring or a bad computer?

Not sure about the TPS, you'll need to trace some wiring.

Re: the fuel pump running all the time, my guess is either the relay is stuck, or the oil pressure switch is stuck.

The grey wire should have 5v+ on it. If you use a multi-meter, it should have power (key in 'run' position) between that wire & a chassis ground (or any negative ground point)

Test at the ECM (same grey wire) for the same 5v+ be aware,, the EGR solinoid wire is the same color (the TPS is on the larger of the 2 ECM connectors) If you have voltage at the ECM, there is an open in the circuit somewhere.

Either the FP relay is shorted or the oil pressure sender / fuel pump switch above the oil filter is shorted.
