whats a good tune-up kit?

I am looking for plug wires, cap, rotor, etc. to do a good tune-up on my car. Does anyone make it as a complete kit? Also, what are some good brands when it comes to ignition?
And on a side note, how hard is it to replace those parts mentioned above?

yellow 86 Camaro
LG4 700R4
ROH RH 17x9
Bridgestone Potenza RE730 255/45ZR17 all around
Pioneer head unit
Kenwood speakers
Infinity Beta Digital 300 amp
2 Infinity Perfect 12s

Now KYB equipped!!

I can't say myself that anyone makes a tune-up kit (but maybe someone does).

Most depends on what you are willing to spend. Obviously it is somewhat a 'you get what you pay for' deal. Everyone has thier favorites but, I've tried a few different brands & have come to favor MSD the best to date.

I do highly recommend Bosch Platinum Plugs (just standard platinums). They have proven themselves to me more than once. Right now they are the only plugs that will start my camaro in the morning (oil problem with worn out valve seals...got smoke? ).

I'd say the hardest thing to do for a tune-up on a 3rd gen is changing plugs. Profanity is a required tool for that.

Keep in mind too while doing a tune up to replace your o2 sensor.

Well, I'm a real cheap *** and it hasn't hurt me yet... I bought the generic $15 8mm set of wires and Sorensen factory replacement cap for $10 I think... I didn't replace my rotor, but I did buy a replacement for $5 made by the same company... The wires actually fit better than the MDS wires that came with the car. Spark plugs are also one of my cheep areas, I got just the factory replacement ones for $7.

It's all in what you want to spend, but I think that the only ignition part that you should consider buying brand name (and only then is it useful for 300+ HP) is the coil. I have seen no decrease in mileage or power since replacing those items.
