high beam fix

Okay I know what the prob is with my headlight high beam switch. I need to move the switch on the steering column. Now I can see two screws on the top left of the column and I know they will be a beotch to get, but are there also two on the other side? Also do I have to drop the column to get to them and if I do what all do I have to remove? I've been under the dash to disconnect the clutch pedal ( need the plastic part that holds the clutch to the shaft arm cause I broke it. If you know where to get one please let me know) and I saw the high beam switch and decided to fix it once and for all. any help would be appreciated.

high beam switch is much easier to access if you lower the steering column a little bit.
