Turning signal/blinkers

I just installed a new battery and new starter. Now for some reason, my turning signals do not work properly. They come on solid, as do the dash board light arrows. They are solid.

Checked the fuses, and they all look good.

Any ideas?

Yeap! I agree with Idlehands. Check all your bulbs.

Only because he's using everything in the plural sense.. I'd guess the flasher relay took a dive... that's just me though...

Easiest way to check for burnt out signal bulbs it to turn on your hazzards and do a walk-around.. they will flash regardless of burn out bulbs.

Magically, I got in my car today, and the blinkers work fine. I do not know why, but I'm happy that they work.
