Turn signal light staying on?

This just started happening recently. My left turn signal light is staying on when the lights are on in my dash. However, the light is not lit on the outside of the car. What the heck would cause something like that?

check the bulbs. sometimes a burnt out bulb will make that happen.

I will bet you that the headlight switch is shot. If you are not using the turn signal, and the light is on just on the dash, then change the headlight switch! The exact same thing happened to me.
