Swapping wiring on harness for H4 setup..
Id like to know how to swap out the wiring on my 86 camero so I can use the H4's that I had from my old 87 dodge charger (fwd)
how can I take the wiring terminals out of the connector to swap cavities?
thanks

It would probably be alot easier just to cut the old plug off, and then solder the one for the H4's back in it's place. I think the tangs are a different design, and both should be a regular 2 wire setup making the cut/solder method much easier.
Something else to look into though, will the H4's fit in the factory housings? If they do, are they such a high wattage that they will melt the lenses or housings? If you are using the factory housings, I think it is glass lense and a cast housing, so you should be ok.

I hate to comprimise wiring and hack stuff.. Id like to have the option to go back to stock fairly quick if need be.. my car has 26K orignal and it was a garage baby..
