Spark Plug Wires
Well im trying to find the parts number for the plugs i want to purchase but the more i look the more i get lost
Ive decided I want either Red accel 8.8mm plugs or MSD 8.5mm superconductor plugs
The car is a 82 camaro z28 305 4 barrel
open to other wire suggestions but would really like to get a set good quality wires in red

i am also lost as to where to find a set of plug wires i want. I want a set of MSD 8.5 mm plug wires but my autozone doesnt carry them. However they told me if i gave them a part # they can order them for me. any help?

yeah i went to autozone too they didnt have any either and they said they could get me msd's for 90$ and have them in 2 days..um no thanks...so if anyone can find me parts numbers id appreciate it
Have you guys considered Taylor Spiro Pro 8mm wires? I got a set of those from the local O'Reilly parts store for less than 60 bones. I think they can order them in any color, but don't take my word on this. I've always read on the boards that they're top-rated wires, which is why I picked 'em up :rockon:

jegs has them-8.5MM super conductor spark plug wires-MSD

Transmission: Pro-Built 700r4 w/ 3400 converter
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt w/ 3.42 gears
next set i go w/ will be a set of the MSD wires... buddy i know at TEA in Bowling Green KY did an independant test on about 6 different wire sets... and the ohms on the MSD wires was only 30 ohms/ft, while the Taylors was 3,000 ohms/ft. this is testing all 8 and then averaging the results!!
