Lights! nope, none. Help please.

Im having a problem, of course. first off, the actuall problem with my lights. with no lights on my right blinker works, but its alot slower than it should be, the left doesnt work at all, the brake lights work, but if I turn the right blinker on, when I hit the brakes, it stops. with the parking, or headlights on, my tail lights dont work, my brake lights dont work, and no blinkers work. They were all working fine about 2 weeks ago, then I started having all the problems, so I replaced the steering column(for more than just the lights). Still have the problem, I have some training in electronics, but not in cars. I read up on the schematics, and the tail lights all have the brown wire in common, but the blinker(s) dont. I can only assume its the plug between the steering column and the wiring harness, but im not absolutly sure. If it is the plug, can I get a new one? or would it be a wire or 2? Please help! Thanks.
