I just bought an 89 Iroc-z and it has a vider alarm on it and i was hooking up my subs and once I was done the car wouldn't start and the alarm kept on going off and now my car won't start because it thinks that I am breaKing into it. Is there a way to hot wire the car so I can get it to an alarm place to get it disengaged or is there a way to can get aropund it. Please help!!!!????

 

you don't got the little sender unit i don't know what to say i had the same problem with my push button start but i just had a crunky button i got it to work eventually Oh and the alarm never shuts up on mine

 

Are you sure its a vider not Viper?

"The little sender thingy" is called a vallet switch..
THe reason the car is doing this is because you probably disconnected the battery terminal to attach subs.

Go to www.dei.com Directed Electronics. They make the vider (Viper). to get the manual for the alarm..

If you want to bypass the "starter kill" Its pretty easy to do. Find the starter wire. There will be two brown wires splitting the starter wire, disconnect those and reattach the starter wire!
