turn signal madness!! help!

I have a 97 Camaro RS - recently the turn signals stopped working. I've replaced all the bulbs all the way around. I even replaced the sockets in the rear after noticing a considerable amount of rust in them but my turn signals still won't blink! They light up but fail to blink. Same for both sides. My hazards work fine. When each turn signal is activated the dash light stays on as well as the light outside indicating a burned out bulb but I've replaced and even retested every single bulb right down to headlights and fog lights w/o luck. Is there a seperate relay for the blinkers other than the hazard flasher? The blinker fuse is the same as the backup lights and they work fine.

Yes, there's a separate relay for the turn signals, and it looks just like the one for the hazards.

I'm not sure where it's located on your '97, but mine's to the right of the steering column under the dash, right next to the hazard relay. They're round, silver fuse-like thingies, lol. They're also usually near the horn relay, too. So if you know where to find those relays, one is for your turn signals.
