How do you change out hi-low beam switch on 1991 firebird with tilt steering wheel? Need detail help.

 

the lever is runs a rod that goes down the steering column. at the end of the rod is the switch your after. It is above the panel under the dash. Most times when this isn't working it is just out of adjustment. Hope this helps.
