how screwed is this!what u think??

i got some issues with my front marker lights (front noes) on my 1983 z28, when the markers are on one is always really low no were near as bright as the other one. but say i have off my light and turn on the hazerds the table turns... the one thats low normaly is now bright and one thats bright is now low can someone please please tell me how to fix this issue its makeing my car look bad at night.

Hi chevyrumble83.
Lets try something really simple first. Just above and behind each headlight (Just above the battery on the front panel on the pass side and above the charcoal canister on the other- they are under the lip where the hood bump stoppers are) you will find two grounds. These are normally rusty. Remove all the connectors and give them a good clean-and the panel under the screw. Get back to bright metal. Put new connectors on if you need to.

Nice and cheap to try first.

sounds like the man is right on the mark to me . grounds can make a car do some odd things.

Ive heard of people forcing a bulb in wrong or using the wrong bulb and having some really weird results. Its worth a shot to make sure the correct bulbs are in there right.

Even more simple.. it sounds like the bulb is in backwards.

i had the same thing happen 2 me.. my bulb was not in all the way it should slide into the notches.

sound like an easy fix so thats a good thing, anyway i am heading out now to wash the car inside and out so i will check the bulbs and ground and see if i can get this fixed. let u all know
