Interesting signal light problem...

I bought my 86 TA not long ago, and one thing it needed was a new signal stock. When I am making a left turn, and I straighten out the wheel, it doesnt click off like it should. But it does when I am making a right turn. This leads me to believe it's the stock thats the problem... But today I noticed the right turn signal is stuck on. The little green arrow on the dash stays on (dimly) no matter what. When I click the left signal on I think it goes off, and when I click it on to turn right it will go blink like normal. I checked outside, and the front and rear bulbs dont come on, it's just the dash light that's the problem. Could it be the signal stock again or something else?

Any help appreciated.
