Wierd electrical problem, please help Trickster

Ok, I was doing the IAC adjustment and I stalled the car. I started it again and I stalled it again by setting the idle too low. The 3rd time I tried, it wouldn't start. It wasn't even hitting the starter. I have been doing some research and it seems as though I may have blown a fuse, or fusible link somewhere. I checked the three links down my the starter. both sides of all three links were 12.78....I don't know if they all should be hot all the time or not, with the car off and the key out....my ACC fuse and tail fuse is good, I checked many of the other ones. I am really stumped what could be wrong. Here is a list of what is working

-Hatch release (but when its pressed, the
dome light dims)
-Interior lights
-Door lock switches

Here's whats NOT working, even while the car is on

-Radio
-headlights
-brake lights
-parking lights

I haven't checked the turn signals. Does anybody have any ideas?

Thanks,
Dave

ok, now this is wierd, I was playing with the headlight switch, and I noticed that while they were on, I didn't have my door locks, however as soon as I turned it off I did, then I pulled it out again to turn the lights on, and I heard the chime...I went to look and see if my lights were on and they were...everything was working, even the fuel pump, radio, everything...I tried starting it, I heard a click, and that was it, now everything is off again, maybe I have a loose positive somewhere or something? I don't know, if anybody has any ideas just let me know

Dave

thanks for the offer but I figured it out, I have an 1986 Camaro Z28 and I saw I had 12 volts up until the park / neutral switch....then I jumped the two wierds to bypass the switch and the selonid was clicking, and the ignition was on...and the starter never cranked...I replaced it and then now it works....it was just a combination of me doing that test, and the starting going at the same time that freaked me out....I did a lot of research though and I tested the fusible links and stuff, I love this site! Thanks guys....thanks Trickster, I'm sure I'll have a problem for you someday
