I just installed the same guages from procarparts this weekend, well almost the same ones. Mine don't have the donut around the center of the needles. I took many digital pictures before in order to see where things were supposed to be at start up, warm idle and at speed.
They seem to be accurate, but I don't trust em though, then again I didn't before I pulled the needles.
When placing the speedo needle back on it should be positioned exactly between the bottom stop peg and 5 mph. With the car started.
After 2 or 3 trys I got right where I wanted it. Be delicate.
Ideally they all will need to recalibrated.
BTW: Is your tach accurate?

Where is your RED power wire hooked up to?
Are they always on, even w/ the car off?
You could put an on/off switch inline with the red wire, that is what I did. I wanted total control to turn them on and off.
Whatever you do, DO NOT use the orange wire coming off of the headlight switch, that is the dimmer wire. It will burn out the guages according to the instructions, if you can call them that.
Before my install 1500 RPM in Fifth gear = 55 MPH. EDIT: I see you have an automatic, your math will differ. I have a T5 with the 3.08 rear end.
As for the fuel guage go fill it all the way up and attach the needle at full.

No problem. This is one of the coolest mods I've done to the interior. I love the fact that you can see them from way outside of the car at nite.
BTW: Did you paint your needles?

I colored my speedo and tach needles red and left the rest factory orange/yellow. At first I painted the backs of them with model paint and they did not glow at all. I sanded that off and used a red opaque art marker. They still are not as bright as the factory needles.
I also changed the four factory white bulbs with red Polarg brand 194 bulbs so all the needles glow red. That is a must with the indiglos, imo.

My HVAC is covered with carbon fiber look tape, so it has no markings anymore.
5-speeds have a diagram of the shift pattern that doesn't light up. I cut it out and mounted a RAZO indicator that lights the shift pattern in green. I don't think they make it anymore.
I'm thinking of changing the needles to green, or at least some of them.

I also tweaked the pic to tone down the blurryness.
