wheres the underhood fuses??

i have no power getting to the headlight module. the 2 that should always be hot, arent. in the hanes book it says theres underhood fuses. i cant find them anywhere at all. can u guys help? i heard somewhere it connects to the starter and my starter has been clicking maybe theres a loose wire?..i dunno...i hate electrical systems... id appriciate help if u can help.

That would be the fusible links that are located down at the starter solenoid. You should also have a couple located near the battery.

alright cool, thanx man. ive give it a shot. i hope it works. i was gonna check the starter solenoid anyways. is it under the car? like is that the easiest way to get to it?

Yes it is under the car on the passenger side connected to the top of the starter. A word of caution here, disconnect the battery first before you start doing anything in that area.

thank man, ive got power now! but....its still not getting to the motors, haha..but at least im closer..im thinking its a ground..

Try metering the incoming power to the module when an assistant actuates the motors. If the incoming power drops to nearly 0, you still have a connection problem. If it maintains voltage, you may have a module problem.

i guess now the lights go up, wont go down. theres a switch in the motor that makes them go down right? because the one motor on the drivers side stays on after its up the other one doesnt. and this only happens if i turn the parking lights on! its a confusing mess...i dont want to replaced the whole motor..or motors..
