Clifford alarm with r/s issues

Hi all !
I got a situaton where the remote starter doesnt work. The system in question is : Clifford Polaris 4( 4 years old,and now in second car), and the Clifford Intellistart 4(brand new).
I installed both myself. The actual alarm works fine. The problem is the r/s is not functioning correctly. The only time it will crank the engine,is when the main alarm is in valet mode.It will only crank for about 1 1/2 sec , not long enought to start the engine.
I have the vats bypassed with the correct resistor, and I have tried with the resistor removed and key in the ign, to rule out a vats issue.

The wireing has been checked by myself and others at least 5 times, and all is good, including grounds.
Here are the wiring diagrams:

[edit]
the remotes have been programed correctly,as well as the rpm programing.
I figured maybe I got a bad box, but the acc delay works, so it should be working.Lights flash twice when trying the r/s,also.
Also, the car starts fine when not trying the r/s. [end edit]

ne help on this is greatly appreciated !!
