sounds like a bad bulb, easiest way to find it is to put the fourways on and look around the car to see which one isnt blinking.

what about fronts? if a front bulb is out it will do it too, also there may be more than one bulb on each side in the rear depending on which set of tails you have.

Check the turn signal flasher, it is seperate from the hazard flasher and is usually located clipped to the right side of the steering column under the dash.

well I dont think it would be the falsher since you said one side worked. I would look into why that one light is dim, could just not be in right or a bad buld itslef. Its something that is messing with the resistance of that one side because when the resistance changes in the circuit it can mess a flasher up. I would once again put the fourways on walk around the car and look at all the lights closely and see if one more ore is dim on the side that dont blink and then you need to find out why and I think it will lead you to your whole problem.

fixed.

ended up being a bad bulb somehow. it worked....but it was bad. i guess one of the flash filaments was dead. and the other onw wasnt. and the eone that wasnt was the filament that was causing it to go on. i dotn know. i switched the lights around and they all work now. hehe thanks for the help
