Fuse pops.

I know how to test circuits fairly well, but this Haynes manual is pathetic.
It gives no idea of what does what, and the wiring diagrams are incomplete, well for my needs anyhow.
I have a fuse blowing after a few minutes on the "accessory circuit" ie: radio, interior light, etc.
But what else is bundled on that fuse besides those two?
If you try to put a fuse in, theres a bit of a spark [even with nothing on\interior light bulb out] then after 2 sparks or so, you can hear a relay clicking "off" somewhere, then you pop the fuse in, all seems ok, then later you realise its blown. It can be up to 5-10 minutes even if you switch nothing on at all.
Tried a bigger fuse for fun, it popped too.
Are the horns on this circuit? And is there a relay anywhere for them?

Help!!!!

Here is a list of items that are on the "CTSY" (ACC) fuse circuit.

1. cargo compartment light
2. hatch release
3. horn (relay in convenience center)
4. interior lights, cigar lighter
5. clock
6. power antenna, power door locks
7. power remote mirrors
8. radio, digital clock

One of the first places to look would be the cigar lighter, strange things have been found in them in the past by other members.
