wiper problem

I have tested the harness on the car according to helms. It all checks out. my wipers only work in high and they only go up 3inch and back down 3inch. tryed a motor, tried a module and tested resistance of wiper switch. this is one of the last things I need to dial the car in completely Please Help!

About the only thing that I can think of is that you possibly do not have the drive pin located in the large open area of the motor cover correctly.

sorry its been so long, I went to chi town to visit friends and family. the drive pin is in the right position. I think I am going to replace the wiper switch in the colluum. every other switch in my car is new and if that does not solve the problem at least I will have a good looking switch.
