Wild voltage

I'm having trouble diagnosing a wild voltage problem with my 87 IROC.

When the brake pedal is depressed, the warning buzzer sounds, the instrument panel lights up, and the front marker lights come on. I replaced the brake switch, same results. The interior is stripped so I checked all of the grounds that I could find. The only ground not hooked up is the 3rd brake light.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

You have a bare wire or two rubbing against the brake pedal when you press it.
