I just made a mistake and bought a painless wiring harness and failed to realize that it doesnt power the accessories or hook up to the in dash harness. (Duh its stand alone) Heres my question...If i take my 89 TBI harness and send it in to have it converted to TPI will it then be a plug and play option? This is considering i have done all of the other required modifications to convert my car. I have searched but havent gotten the exact answer i was looking for.

BTW: the engine and tpi setup i got are from an 89 firebird and my car is an 89 camaro. Im not using any of the wiring from the firebird

 

I forgot to include this in my previous post. Does anyone know of any companies other than Howell that will convert a TBI harness to MAF TPI style harness? They wanted something like 350 dollars and I saw that TPI parts does it for 135 but they only do SD style.
