Stock 105 amp alternator works fine for my set-up with two batteries and isolator. Second is for stereo which includes a 1400 watt amplifier. With the car running, I almost always have over 14 volts at the stereo battery, car battery is normally just under 14 volts (I have digital meters hooked to each). You may find more info in the car audio board on the two battery set-up.
