Replace missing horn wiring?

I've been trying to get my horn working again, and finally found it. However, the wires for it are nowhere to be found. How do I put new wires in?

thanks!

Thanks! Exactly what I needed. Also, where is the horn relay? I've been looking for it, but no dice so far. Also, what does it look like?

Here is another ?
I got better horns than I had (mine didn't work) from the JY yesterday. Do I have to go through the relay, or can I wire it straight from a 12 volt power supply through a switch? I have to add a switch for the horn because of my wheel and any advise on a new location or pics of what you have done would be helpful.
